In Echo Park since 2015, but in the fight biz since the 1990's - we are a boutique gym with small class sizes and lots of personal attention. We focus on technical training mixed with a pulse-pounding workout.
So whether your goal is to become a fighter or get in shape we will help you on your journey.

Our Classes

In this technique oriented class, you will learn to bob and weave, block and counter, and hit and move like the pros do. Get in great shape while learning authentic boxing with proper form.
Muay Thai uses the same punches as boxing, but adds kicks, knees, elbows, and clinching to the mix. Come see why Muay Thai is the striking art of choice for both self-defense and modern MMA competition.
Yep, it’s Muay Thai & Yoga combined. In this unique class, you will stretch, breathe, relax and find your center. Then you will put on gloves and hit things. It’s pretty cool, and one of our most popular classes.
Our Cardio Mayhem class uses everything but the kitchen sink to get you in shape. You’ll punch, kick, jump, and sweat your way to a happy place. A super fun way to start your day.
